TART Transformation Ribbon Cutting
August 3, 2021 @ 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
This spring, Team Elmer’s wrapped up their work on the section of the TART Trail between Three Mile and Airport Access roads. In June, Bob Dompierre of Dompierre Designs, with a talented team of volunteers, installed intentional landscaping along the trail. Still to come this year are a sculpture installation by Frankfort artist Steve Kline, along with cherry trees contributed by the National Cherry Festival. This new section is now open and hosting visitors.
Please join us for a ribbon cutting celebration Tuesday, August 3 at 1 p.m. in the Northwest Education Services (formerly TBAISD) Career-Tech Center parking lot followed by a short stroll on the newly transformed TART Trail!
