Lois Teicher, Wind, 2022

Wind is made of stainless steel, with a white-powder finish and stands just over 5′ tall. Teicher’s response to the installation site is informed by the shimmering water, the wind off the lake, natural light, and the water in relation to the shore. The goal of Wind is to express and share the beauty and mystery of nature in visual form.
