Michigan Outdoor Summit

The Summit is a gathering for all sectors of the outdoor industry to connect, learn, grow, and build together with a vision for the future, health, and vitality of Michigan’s outdoors. Through programming, networking, and outdoor activities, this event focuses on how we strengthen our outdoor communities, the outdoor economy and improve health and quality of life for all Michiganders.
It’s a place to greet old friends, convene about issues, create new partnerships, and play outdoors together.
The goal is to bring outdoor companies and organizations across the state together to solve the unique challenges Michigan faces and create a thriving outdoor economy for years to come.
Whose the summit for?
Hang out with new friends from all corners of the outdoor economy. Professionals from parks, trails, open space organizations, local, statewide, and national businesses, governmental entities and media consultants, and educational and medical representatives —if you love the outdoors, this event is for you!
Volunteer Opportunities
We are looking for 4 to 5 volunteers to assist with registration and act as floaters during the summit. This is a great opportunity to talk with people from all over the state who share your love of all things outdoors! Email Jonny@traversetrails.org for more details.
