In collaboration with local writing students and in an effort to promote poetry in public places, Art on the TART will execute the Sidewalk Poetry Project along the Leelanau Trail in the Summer of 2023. Short stenciled poems will be added to seven sites along the eighteen-mile Leelanau Trail throughout the summer and fall months.
Art on the TART collaborates with community partners to make art accessible to all and engage trail users in thoughtful aesthetic expression.
