During Day of Giving, wine lovers can shop the Wineries of Old Mission Peninsula and while doing so, help support area nonprofit organizations. Each WOMP winery donates a portion of its gross sales that day to a hand-selected local non-profit. Wine gifts for friends and donations for those in need – that's a combination you can get behind! Race TC Winter Solstice Ski/Bike Winter Fundraiser

The 2nd annual Winter Solstice Ski/Bike Winter Fundraiser hosted by our friends at Race TC runs from sunrise to sunset at Timber Ridge Resort. While there is no entry fee, participants are encouraged to donate towards the grooming program. Cross country ski or bike on two separate loops to support grooming for VASA or fat bike single track. Jingle Bell 5k Run/Walk

This year’s Jingle Bell 5K Run/Walkwill take runners and walkers in a counter clockwise loop around the streets of downtown Traverse City Starting at the Park Place Dome. The course will take everyone west on Front St. to start the evening starting at 5:30pm. All runners are encouraged to wear reflective clothing, headlamps, glow sticks, or holiday lights for visibility.
