November 26, 2015 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am
Get your gobble on!
The 8th Annual Traverse City Turkey Trot for Charities has been a family favorite for the past eight years. Start Thanksgiving day off right with two different race distances; a 5K and a 5 mile, to promote healthy lifestyles as well as give back to local charities.
All runners receive a commemorative long-sleeved Turkey Trot t-shirt as well as draw string style back pack loaded with bottled water, coupons and SWAG worth well more than the price of entry!
Invite the whole family to participate in this one-of-a-kind event in Traverse City, MI. The Petoskey Turkey Trot is also hosted the same day in Petoskey, MI.
5K Run/Walk Race Event
The 5K will find you shoulder to shoulder with fun runners and families, and those ready for a bit of exercise prior to a Thanksgiving Celebration.
The 5 Mile Flier is great for those seeking a longer distance. The course is similar to the 5K and travels a little father towards the bay. The runners will then travel to finish on Thirlby Field.
